Privacy Policy

Who we are

GS Ballistics is an Android app developed by Giorgio Saad. For any question about this policy, write to giorgio160586@gmail.com.

Data collected

GS Ballistics does not collect data automatically and includes no advertising tracking or analytics. The only information that can ever be transmitted is:

• Crash reports (optional): if the app closes unexpectedly, on the next launch you're asked whether you want to send an automatic technical report. Only if you confirm sending, the following is transmitted by email to the developer: app version, device model, Android version, timestamp, and the technical error report (stack trace). No personally identifying data is included.
• Ammo, optics or range reports (optional): if you choose to report a bullet missing from the library, or ammo/optics/range data that looks wrong, the values currently shown on that screen and any optional note you write are sent by email to the developer. No personally identifying data is included, unless you choose to include it yourself in the note.
• Contact form (optional): if you choose to contact the developer from the app's menu, you're taken to this site's contact form, where you can voluntarily enter your name, email and message.

Data kept only on your device

All ammo, range and optics profiles, rifle settings, and app preferences (theme, language, units of measure) are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to any server, unless you explicitly choose to export or share them as a file.

Third-party services

Crash reports, data reports and contact messages are sent through the EmailJS service, which processes the data solely to deliver the email to the developer.

Data retention

Reports you send are received as email by the developer and retained according to normal personal email-management practice.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data sent via a crash report, a data report or the contact form at any time by writing to giorgio160586@gmail.com.
